How to Pay Spectrum’s Bill

There are many ways for paying Spectrum’s bill. The ways are Spectrum’s My Account or My TWC app, via person, via phone, via mail or via live chat option must on a computer. And you can pay your bills through Bank account, Card or Cash.

Bill payment through My Account:
Process of One-Time payment:
Ø  First you have to sign into (Spectrum.net) your My Account with your Spectrum, Bright house or TWC ID.
Ø  After signing into My Account you will be able to see billing.
Ø  Then click on Pay My Bill option.
Ø  Then you have to select One-Time option for paying your bill.
Ø  Then you have to select Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Bank Account option for completing payment.
Ø  After that you have to click on continue and then you will see terms and conditions and putting tick mark there click continue again.
Ø  Then you have to fill up bank account related information and confirm billing amount.
Ø  Finally you have to click on submit but before that you have to verify your account also.
Process of Recurring payment:
Ø  First you have to sign into your My Account with your TWC ID.
Ø  After signing into My Account you will be able to see billing.
Ø  Then click on Pay My Bill option.
Ø  Then you have to select Recurring option for paying your bill.
Ø  Then you have to select Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Bank Account option for completing payment.
Ø  After that you have to click on continue and then you will see terms and conditions and putting tick mark there click continue again.
Ø  Then you have to fill up bank account related information and confirm billing amount.
Ø  Finally you have to click on submit but before that you have to verify your account also.
Bill payment process through My TWC App:
First you have to download and install the My TWC app for android Device from Play store and for iOS from App store. Then open the app and sign in with your TWC ID. In the My Account tab click on Pay Bill option. Then you have to follow the application’s instruction for completing your payment. And that process is same as One-time or Recurring payment system.
Using the My TWC app you can also complete your Bill payment via Electronic Funds Transfer from your checking or saving Bank account.

Bill payment at a nearby store as a payment center:
You can pay your bill in a nearby store as a payment center located in the same region from where the bill was generated. If the bill is generated in New York then you have to pay at a store located in New York not in other region or state. By this way you can pay by check, cash or money order and a payment processing fee will be charged for cash or check payment.
Bill Payment via Phone:
You can pay your bill through phone. For this way you have to make a call at 1-855-70- SPECTRUM. On the call you have to say “pay my bill” when it will be asked that why are you calling. Then you have to follow the instruction via phone for completing your payment.
For this way you have to pay a fee as $5.00 because an agent is assist you for completing your payment.

Bill Payment via live chat:
If you want to take this advantage you must have to make a chat on a computer and you have to collect your printed bill handy.
Ø  Firstly, you have to express to the chat agent that you want to pay your bill.
Ø  Secondly, chat agent will provide you a secure form for making your payment.
Ø  Thirdly, you have to submit that form after fill up with proper information.
Ø  Finally, chat agent will give you a confirmation number after processing.
Here you have to pay $5 additional charge for helping you the agent via live chat.
