Papa John’s Employee Benefits

Like other different companies Papa John’s International Inc. has also some benefits for their employees. But they have divided their benefits into two divisions as Restaurant team benefits and corporate team benefits. All of these benefits are for their full time employee. Under restaurant team benefits there are full-time shift leaders, drivers and team members and under corporate benefits there are full-time Corporate, Distribution Center, Print and Promotion team members. Restaurant team members can enjoy some benefits as Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance, Paid Vacation, Short-Term Disability, Hospital Plan, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, 401(k) Plan etc. With all of these benefits corporate members can enjoy other some benefits also as Vision insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Paid Holidays, Paid Sick Time, Life Insurance, Supplemental Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Educational Assistance Program, Group Legal Services, Employee Assistance Program, Travel Assistance etc. There are some employee perks for all type of employee as Weekly Paychecks, Direct Deposit, Pizza Discounts, Training and, Recognition Programs, Free Parking etc.
Note:  All of these benefits are provided for corporate restaurants and locations but other franchisees can provide different benefits and this is totally up to it.
Health Insurance:

Health insurance is a major benefit for all full time employees provided by Papa John’s Insurance Inc. They provide first rated benefits under Health Insurance for employees.  Employees can take this benefit for their family to but they have to purchase this benefit as in 2017 they had proposed about $50 per month for familial surcharge. But if you are in a critical situation then you may pay more as example $250 emergency room fees per week. So, it can be told that this is not beneficial for all type of employee as a delivery driver.
