When does advantage resourcing pay?

In Advantage Resourcing there are three types of employees. And payment schedule also differs on this reason.
1.      Some employees are working with Advantage resourcing’s clients in a conditional way and they got paid weekly.
2.      Advantage resourcing’s staff employees are working only for the welfare of Advantage resourcing. They are 100% confined with the Advantage resourcing and they got their payment biweekly or twice in a month.
3.      Direct placement employees are working with Advantage resourcing’s clients directly and there is no working condition with Advantage resourcing but they are contracted. They got their payment according to the belonging company’s payment system.

Does advantage resourcing pay weekly?

Yes, it pays weekly for those contracts or employees who are working with the client companies on contract basis. But, it pays biweekly to the staff employees. Normally staff employees are full time worker and conditional employees are part-time. Part-time employees always like to get payment or salary instantly. But it is not possible to pay instantly for large companies. So, most of the companies pay weekly in this case. And in maximum case full time employees are got payment biweekly in different companies.
