Advantage Connect is a portal for the employees and contacts of Advantage resourcing. With connecting here employees can know about their pay stubs, benefit summary and other information. Clients can also connect here with logging in. This is a feature for Advantage Time. This portal is available for 24*7.
v If you are a new talent then first you have to complete registration in the portal:
Ø After visiting Advantage Connect first you have click on join now option.
Ø Then you have to input your Social Security Number or Employee ID and Date of Birth.
Ø After clicking on continue you have to create unique username and password.
Ø Finally you can log in to the portal with those username and password.
v If you already have username and password then you can directly log in with those username and password.
v If you forget your username or password then you can recovery or reset.
Ø First you have to click on the “Forget your password or user name?”
Ø Then input your Social Security Number or Employee ID and Date of Birth.
Ø After clicking on Continue you will see your user name is appearing in red lettering.
Ø For recovering or resetting password you have to answer a secret question.
Ø Then you have to confirm your password and then you can sign in to the portal again and enjoy as previous.
