If you’re a legacy American employee who accesses your pay through Paperless Pay, please log in below using your American ID. If you’re prompted for an employer code, please enter 10104. US Based Management and Support Staff team members can find their paystubs after 4/4/2018 in Employee Central. Go to Jetnet, Team Member Services, then Money & Attendance. Under ‘All Management and Support Staff’ located in the Pay section are links to assist you with accessing your statements and direct deposit. In the ‘W2 & W4 Forms’ section are links to assist you with viewing or making online updates to your Federal W4 or state withholding.

You will notice a few extra one-time authentication steps when logging into Paperless Pay. You may be asked to provide basic personal information. To further protect you, you may be asked to verify your identity through the One Time Passcode (OTP) process. Follow the screen prompts through the process using your American Airlines email address or other personal information that is one file with AA when prompted.

First-time users: If you’re a legacy US Airways employee, enter your US Airways badge number as your User ID. This can be found in EC under Employee Details/Previous ID. Enter the last two digits of your social security number in conjunction with your employee ID for your temporary PIN. Employee ID can be found in EC under Employee Details/LUS Payroll Number. If you’re a legacy American employee (no LUS Badge), enter the last two digits of your social security number in conjunction with your User ID (AAID) for your temporary PIN. You’ll then be asked to create a permanent PIN for future logins.
