Dorene Centioli-McTigue, her sibling, and her cousin opened the principal Pagliacci Pizzeria on “The Ave” in Seattle’s University District in February of 1979. They planned to open a spot where they could get great pizza, and it was longer than a year before getting around to setting up a sign. As Dorene has stated, “It was anything but a very efficient business.” Since that first area on The Ave, Pagliacci has developed and now gloats more than 20 areas around Seattle and the Eastside and offers conveyance and obliging numerous Seattle areas. Accentuating occasional, privately sourced fixings, Pagliacci Pizza is focused on maintainability. In the Top 10 of Seattle City Light’s Green Up power program, which is comprised of organizations that buy their capacity from sustainable sources.
