Employee W-2’s will be processed and mailed by January 31st from Ceridian Corporation. Additionally, this process will enable year-round access to your W-2 online. It is important to keep your personal information (social security number, address, withholding allowances, etc.) updated to ensure proper access and delivery of your W-2. Current and past employees can access and print their information from any computer with Internet access
